Welcome to Treffanny Teahouse! We are an Asian restaurant founded by our passionate chef and tea lover, Ms. Chen. Our goal is to promote Taiwanese high-altitude oolong tea in Germany and offer you a unique culinary experience .

We look forward to pampering you with our oolong tea, the finest dim sum, and homemade ramen and dumplings made according to an old family recipe!
Our oolong tea is a partially fermented tea grown at altitudes of 1,000 to 2,500 meters in the high mountain regions of Taiwan. These special climatic conditions—cool temperatures and frequent fog—slow the growth of the tea plants and ensure a high concentration of aromas and flavors.

About Us
Our story
Ms. Chen, who moved to Hamburg from Hong Kong, has lovingly created a teahouse that exudes a welcoming atmosphere and a sense of home. Her goal is to popularize Taiwanese high-altitude oolong tea in Germany and promote its health benefits. Holly Jinqiu will prepare the oolong tea in a modernized version of the traditional tea ceremony. She will also offer her finest dim sum, prepared according to an old family recipe.
By combining high-quality oolong tea and authentic dim sum, Jinqiu aims to bring visitors closer to a piece of Taiwanese culture and offer them a relaxing break from everyday life.

Jinqiu is our managing director and has built the Treffanny Teahouse with great attention to detail. She hopes to promote Taiwanese high-altitude oolong tea in Germany by opening the teahouse. In addition, Ms. Chen personally delights guests every day with her best dim sum, ramen, and homemade dumplings made according to an old family recipe.

Yiman Lau is our brand manager.
Ms. Lau studied marketing, advertising, marketing communication, marketing management, marketing research, branding, exhibition planning and exhibition marketing at Shanghai Polytechnic University.
Ms. Lau has worked in the marketing department for Shanghai Jahwa United, GroupM, and PMPM (Shanghai Shiyin E-commerce). Yiman is the marketing branding leader for Treffany Teahouse and Jun Ma.
